midibox part one
Sometime ago...I decided to build a unique midi controller [ aka MIDIbox ] as an interface to Csound, pd, and Digital Performer. My prototype design is above with all 64 knobs and mios specific controllers. This design is 22" x 5".
I ordered the material for the core module, LTC module (display), and the A(nalog)IN module for the 64 knobs I planned to implement from SmashTV.
Having earned a less than stellar grade in 8th grade shop class, this is an ambitious undertaking for me because of all the soldering involved. However, I have found many helpful resources on the web for this project, especially this well written tutorial with excellent videos and photos.
